Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No finished design is needed to start a conversation. Bring a photo of your home, a favorite look or just the feeling you’d like to create.

Can I ask about a particular color or style?
Yes. Share the colors and details you like, then ask Jason which options fit your property and project. A favorite photo from our gallery can help start that conversation.
What should I confirm is included?
Ask which lights and materials are included, who supplies them, which areas will be lit, and what the installation covers. Discuss maintenance, removal and storage separately so the arrangements are clear before you book.
If you have lights already, mention them and ask whether they can be part of the project.

How do I check whether you serve my address?
Include your city or ZIP code when you contact Jason. Ask him to confirm coverage for the property before making plans.
How should I ask about installation dates?
Share your preferred timing and any occasion you’re planning around. Ask Jason about availability and how a date is confirmed. Preparing or sending an inquiry does not reserve an installation date.
What if I’m considering permanent lighting?
Take a look at permanent JellyFish lighting, then choose that service on the contact page. Bring your questions about the look, equipment, installation scope, maintenance and any warranty terms.
Jason can discuss the project details before you decide which approach to pursue.

How do I ask for an estimate?
Use the contact page to prepare an email, or call Jason at (325) 669-2371. Share your city or ZIP code, the lighting you’re interested in and a little about the home.
The website does not calculate a price or confirm a booking. Ask Jason to walk through your estimate and what it includes.
Does the email builder send my request?
No. It prepares a message for you to review. Choose “Open email draft,” then review and send the message from your own email app.

How can I share a photo?
After opening your prepared draft in your email app, attach a photo of the home and any inspiration you’d like to share. Include the rooflines, porch or other spaces you want to discuss.
